Solution:

\[ K.E= \frac{1}{2}K\left(A^{2}-x^{2} \right) \]

\[ P.E= \frac{1}{2}Kx^{2} \]

\[ \frac{1}{2}K\left(A^{2}-x^{2} \right)= \frac{1}{2}Kx^{2} \]

\[ x= A/\sqrt{2} \]
