Solution:

\[ x= A sin\left( \omega t \right) \]

x= (1cm) sin (2π/8t)= (1 cm ) sin ( π/4t)

v=dx/dt= π/4 cos( π/4t)

a= dv/dt = -(π/4)²sin (π/4t)

a= -(π/4)²sin (π/4×4/3)=  -√3/32π² cm/s²
