Semiconductor Doping

A p-type extrinsic semiconductor is obtained when Germanium is doped with
Arsenic
Boron
Antimony
Phosphorous

Solution:

A p-type semiconductor is created by doping a tetravalent semiconductor (like Ge) with a trivalent impurity such as Boron.
