Solution:

As potential is a scaler quantity distribution of charges will not have any effect.

Total charge = 3Q-2Q+Q= 2Q

Electric Potential V = \( \frac{2KQ}{R}= \frac{Q}{2\pi \varepsilon_{0}R}\)
